Refunds and cancellation

When you get your money back, how long it takes, and how to cancel a yearly refresh.

Refunds

If you ask within 7 days, we refund in full when:

• you paid for something we did not deliver;
• you were charged twice for one purchase;
• your purchase failed.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, through Cashfree Payments. They usually take 5 to 7 working days.

Unspent question credits

Unspent Ask Panditji question credits are refunded in full if you ask within 30 days of purchase. Spent credits are not refunded.

What is not refunded

A delivered book or an answered question is not refunded because you disagree with the reading.

Cancelling a yearly refresh

You can cancel a yearly refresh of a Jeevan Patri any time before its renewal date. Cancelled or expired entitlements are not renewed.
