These terms apply when you use SaralKundli at https://saralkundli.com. Please read them before you buy anything.

Who runs SaralKundli

SaralKundli is run as a sole proprietorship. You can reach us at support@saralkundli.com.

What is free

The kundli, Today, compatibility, good dates and Learn are free. You never pay to read them.

What you can buy

  • Jeevan Patri, a life book for one saved person. It is a one-time purchase, with a yearly refresh.
  • Ek Sawaal, one question and one report. You pay for each use.
  • Ask Panditji question credits. You can buy them singly, or in packs of 5 and 20. Credits never expire.

Prices are shown in rupees before you pay. They include GST where it applies.

Payment is taken by Cashfree Payments, by UPI, card or netbanking. Your card and UPI details go to Cashfree. They never reach our servers.

What uses a credit or a purchase

  • An Ask credit is used only when a question is answered. A refused question, a refusal from the model or a failure uses no credit.
  • An Ek Sawaal credit is used only when the report is ready.
  • A Jeevan Patri is unlocked for one saved person.
  • A failed generation charges nothing. You can run it again.

How delivery works

Delivery is digital and immediate. An Ask answer streams in within seconds. A report is written within minutes. Each report is kept under the person it was bought for, and it comes with a PDF.

Accounts

  • You sign in with Google only. Sign-in runs through Supabase.
  • You must be 18 or older to hold an account.
  • A child's chart is added by a parent, under the parent's account.

What our readings are not

Five limits apply to every reading we give.

  1. Our readings are traditional readings, not predictions. They are not professional advice.
  2. We do not read lifespans. We do not diagnose or prescribe. We do not give lottery or betting numbers. We do not tell a child's sex before birth. We do not call court outcomes.
  3. For anyone under 18, we read nothing about marriage, love or sex.
  4. We sell no remedies, stones or pujas.
  5. The choices are the reader's.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts of Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh.
