Refunds and cancellation

When you get your money back, and how long it takes.

Refunds

If you ask within 30 days, we refund in full when:

  • you paid for something we did not deliver;
  • you were charged twice for one purchase;
  • your purchase failed.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, through Cashfree Payments. They usually take 5 to 7 working days.

Unspent question credits

Unspent question credits are refunded in full if you ask within 30 days of purchase. This includes credits from the earlier packs (3, 5, 10 and 20) and any Acharyaji credit, which is spent as a Panditji question. Spent credits are not refunded.

Something we stop selling

If we stop selling something you have paid for and not yet used, you choose a swap for something of the same value or a full refund, whenever you ask.

What is not refunded

A delivered book or an answered question is not refunded because you disagree with the reading.
