These terms apply when you use SaralKundli at https://saralkundli.com. Please read them before you buy anything.

Who runs SaralKundli

SaralKundli is run as a sole proprietorship. You can reach us at support@saralkundli.com.

What is free

The kundli, Today, compatibility, good dates and Learn are free. You never pay to read them.

What you can buy

• Jeevan Patri, a life book for one saved person. It is a one-time purchase.
• Panditji question credits, one at a time. Each credit buys one Panditji question.

Credits never expire. Credits from the earlier packs (3, 5, 10 and 20) still work. An Acharyaji credit you already hold still works too: it is spent as a Panditji question.

The free Panditji question launch offer ended on 5 November 2026. A question already claimed under it can still be used. It works like any Panditji question, and it isn't refundable or exchangeable for money.

Free Jeevan Patri launch offer: while it runs, the first 100 people get one Jeevan Patri free, one per account and per email address, for one saved person with a known birth time. It is written for you and is ready within 24 hours, on the site and in your email. It isn't exchangeable for money.

Prices are shown in rupees before you pay. They include GST where it applies.

Payment is taken by Cashfree Payments, by UPI, card or netbanking. Your card and UPI details go to Cashfree. They never reach our servers.

What uses a credit or a purchase

• An Ask credit is used only when a question is answered. A refused question, a refusal from the model or a failure uses no credit.
• A Jeevan Patri is unlocked for one saved person.
• A failed generation charges nothing. You can run it again.

If we stop selling something

If we stop selling something you have paid for and not yet used, you choose: a swap for something of the same value, or a full refund. Write to support@saralkundli.com. What you have already received stays yours to read.

How delivery works

Delivery is digital and immediate. An Ask answer streams in within seconds. A report is written within minutes. Each report is kept under the person it was bought for, and it comes with a PDF.

Accounts

• You sign in with Google only. Sign-in runs through Supabase.
• You must be 18 or older to hold an account.
• A child's chart is added by a parent, under the parent's account.

What our readings are not

Seven limits apply to every reading we give.

1. Our readings are traditional readings, not predictions. They are not professional advice, and they promise no outcome.
2. We do not read lifespans. We do not diagnose or prescribe. We do not give lottery or betting numbers. We do not tell a child's sex before birth. We read a court case as a period, never as a verdict.
3. For anyone under 18, we read nothing about marriage, love or sex.
4. We sell no stones, pujas or other remedies.
5. Not medical advice. See a doctor for any health concern.
6. Not financial advice. Decisions about money are yours. We name no share, fund or coin.
7. The choices are the reader's. Do not delay medical care, or decide on a marriage, a property or money, on a reading alone.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts of Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh.
